Linda Morrison was admitted as a solicitor in July 1992, having worked extensively in Australia and internationally in the retail and trade sectors. Following strong experience in criminal and commercial law, she operated her own small businesses for many years, again with an emphasis on international trade and the legal and administrative aspects of placing staff in specialised employment in more than thirty countries.
With her background in international employment, Linda is particularly experienced in dealing with the requirements of working visas for trade-based applicants, whether as individuals or for local employers.
In providing assistance to others for inter-country adoption as part of her voluntary community work, Linda also brings a wealth of experience to assist with VISA applications for families and their needs. Most recently Linda has received feedback from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection in Washington highlighting the timeline and effective result in securing the expedition of a visa application for her client.
