About
Immigration Lawyers in Sydney, Australia – Trusted Since 2008
Australian Migration Law Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based immigration law firm led by Principal Solicitor Linda Morrison, who has been practising law since 1992. Admitted to the Supreme Court and High Court of Australia, Linda brings over three decades of legal experience across Australia and internationally, particularly in the retail, trade, and international employment sectors.
Before founding the firm, Linda developed a strong foundation in criminal and commercial law, and went on to operate her own businesses focused on international trade and the placement of specialised staff in over 30 countries. This background has shaped her in-depth knowledge of working visa requirements, especially for trade-based applicants and local employers.
Linda also has significant experience assisting with inter-country adoptions through her community volunteer work, and provides compassionate, effective support for family visa applications. Her dedication and efficiency have earned recognition from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection in Washington, D.C., for expediting a complex visa application on behalf of a client.
At Australian Migration Law, we are committed to helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate Australia’s immigration system with experience, care, and results.
